#FriskyFall Fitness Challenge Goals

I have accepted the Tone it Up Frisky Fall Fitness Challenge!  I will be completing 100 miles of cardio exercise - in addition to my regular daily 3.5 miles of walking around my house with the kiddos - by Halloween! I will also be doing the Tone it Up daily toning workouts and evening emotional/spiritual challenges.

My goals for this fall are:
*To get back into a routine of a healthy lifestyle; where physical health and nutrition are a top priority, second only to God and family.
*I want to have the energy again to get up at 6:00 am every day for a quick workout and shower before I welcome the kids and begin my work day.  
*I can't work out at nap times any more because that is Jay's main school lesson time, so my TIU toning time will have to be on alternating mornings & evenings.
*I would like it to look like this:
Monday: TIU toning AM, evening walk after kids leave before I cook dinner
Tuesday: AM jog, TIU Toning after kids leave, before therapy
Wed: TIU toning AM, evening walk with Nancy while Jay is in soccer practice
Thursday: AM jog, toning after kids leave
Friday: TIU toning AM, walk to park with kids and walk around park to get in "miles" while playing with kids (Friday evening Bible study)
Saturday: walk/jog 1 hour + TIU Toning
Sunday: walk/jog 1 hour + TIU toning

By Halloween, I also want to break the 200 lb mark that I've been sitting at for over a month.  I've lost 20 lbs, and I have a lot more to lose, but I've been at a stand still since I moved in July because I lost my routine.  By Halloween this year, I want to loose another 10 lbs and go down one more jean size.  (to a 14).
